1.First You need this software to make the themes(of course the pict too XP):

 yep!this is the most important software will you use,Can make the starmenu,Menubar and many more~.Honestly,this program so pretty hard for amateur.So,you will need the tutorial=>Tutorial(Spain)#please watch the Video#
